Forums 5.0.0 RC Timeout Error

Whenever I try to do a search from forum search box, it results with the following error. However, it works fine when I do a search from the overall main search option of the site.

A critical error has occurred.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

I'm using DNN 5.5.1 with Forums 5.0.0 RC (Currently on Codeplex)

Coudl you please help?

Are you still having issues with this? What is the total thread count you have (overall, not a specific user)? I had problems w/ this issue in previous versions on www.dotnetnuke.com but ever since 5.0 it appears to be working properly on that site now (which has tons of threads/posts).
