When you add or edit a forums permission, it is not saving.

I reproduced the issue, investigating it.

Hey Chris...  Thanks for tracking it down.  I will be doing a lot of testing tomorrow, and will report any issues.

Looks like this existed in anything after 4.6 beta 2. I will be posting another release at some point today (maybe late tonight, depending on how the day goes).
