Justin, what exactly happened (you turned it on and then did what to create a new module)? I am trying to get a grip on potential issues around content localization and this module. Ultimately these are core issues but I want to be able to know what exists which people will consider a forum issue. Thanks.

What interests me here most is that the module should have been copied, thus resulting in a new forum module (new ModuleID) with no configuration (which should force creation of the auto-generated group "Discussions" and the forum "General"). Before I do another 4.9 release, I will try this out to see if I can reproduce the problem and get to the bottom of it.
