For a content management system, instead of Joomla or Sharepoint, I use Dotnetnuke from iHost.Net. You can find out about it at http://www.ihost.net/dotnetnuke-hosting/index.asp. You don't need to install any software, or buy any Dotnetnuke portals. These guys do everything for you.
